（中央社記者葉素萍台北4日電）總統蔡英文7日到15日將展開「英捷專案」，訪問中美洲4友邦。隨行的朝野立委包括民進黨立委陳明文、姚文智、莊瑞雄、余宛如、親民黨立委周陳秀霞、時代力量立委洪慈庸。
蔡總統「英捷專案」搭乘長榮航空777專機，訪問友邦宏都拉斯、尼加拉瓜、瓜地馬拉和薩爾瓦多，去程過境美國休士頓，回程過境美國舊金山。
日前，在聖多美普林西比和台灣斷交後，蔡總統曾說「壓力越大，越需要團結，越需要走出去」，她要邀請朝野政黨立法委員，共同隨團出訪，一起見證外交第一線同仁在外辛勞和挑戰。
這次隨蔡總統出訪的立委包括民進黨立委陳明文、姚文智、莊瑞雄、余宛如、親民黨立委周陳秀霞、時代力量立委洪慈庸；宜蘭縣長林聰賢也將同行；國民黨團則未派人隨行。1060104
